Frederick Turack received his CA designation in 1978. In 1972, he began his career articling for Wm. Eisenberg & Co. and in 1978, went on to become a partner at Feldstein, Rich, Lewkowitz & Turack. In 1983, he opened his own firm, which later became Rosen, Gardner, Turack, Zuk, Dessen, Posner. He subsequently left this partnership and in 1992, spearheaded the formation of Turack & Associates. Fred was a renowned expert in the accounting industry and lectured for many professional societies.
